Kate Middleton donned a rare casual outfit to get her first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine last week at the Science Museum in London, pairing a white ribbed off-shoulder t-shirt from H&M with & Other Stories jeans ($ 89).

The Duchess of Cambridge, 39, first wore the classic tee in 2016; while the $ 34.95 style is now sold out, a similar H&M top is currently on sale for just $ 7.99.

While the royal rarely dresses and is usually seen in coat dresses and skirt suits, she has long been a fan of affordable basics in department stores.

In addition to H&M and its sister brand & Other Stories, she has also been spotted in looks for Zara, Topshop, ASOS and Gap.

“I am extremely grateful to all who play a role in the [vaccine] deployment – thank you for everything you do, ”wrote Middleton, who also wore a blue mask to get her jab, on Instagram.

The Duchess’ husband Prince William received his first dose the previous week at the same location; Prince Charles and his wife Camilla were vaccinated earlier this year, as was the Queen.
