Are you considering joining a book club? The library has book clubs for all tastes. Join the discussion and find out what our May book clubs are reading!

Bookish atmosphere | Wednesday, June 8 at 7 p.m.

Are you an avid reader looking to discuss contemporary fiction, trending titles, and popular authors? If so, our Bookish Vibes reading group is for you! Join us this month to discuss No land to illuminate by Yara Zgheib who will also join our discussion! Copies of the novel will be available at the Guest Services counter.

The hour of the crime | Wednesday June 15 at 7 p.m.

Can’t get enough of the real crime genre? Looking for something to do after series like Killer Inside: The Mind of Aaron Hernandez, McMillions and The Vow? So join the Livingston Public Library for the brand new virtual book club, Crime Time! Crime Time is a true crime and crime-adjacent book club where readers will explore everything from historical crime to unsolved mysteries. This month we will discuss Under Heaven’s Banner: A Story of Violent Faith by John Krakauer.

Taken off in time | Tuesday, June 28 at 7 p.m.

“Unstuck in Time” revisits classic speculative fiction. Printed copies of the selected title will be available from our circulation desk from 4 weeks before the meeting. E-book and audiobook editions are also available through Overdrive.
