The September book selection is: Applaud when you land by Elizabeth Acevedo. Teens between the ages of 13 and 18 are welcome to join the Peachtree City Library Teen Book Club. Teens will meet once a month to read and discuss Young Adult books.

Beanstack Fall Reading Challenge

September 21 – December 21, 2021

Forbidden Book Week

Forbidden Book Week is an annual event celebrating the freedom to read. The theme for this year’s Forbidden Book Week is Books unite us. Censorship divides us. Censorship limits exploration and creates barriers to accessing information. The path to the freedom to read begins at the library. The books featured during Forbidden Book Week have all been targeted for removal or restriction in libraries and / or schools. Check out some banned books today!
