West Ham United Quiz: Can you name the shirt numbers of these Irons players past and present?

West Ham United will look to build on their top-flight success last season when they kick off their next campaign against Newcastle United next month.

Scheduled to appear in the Europa League later this year, it will be fascinating to see if the Hammers are able to progress in this particular competition.

One of the players likely to feature regularly for the Irons later this year is midfielder Declan Rice.

After helping England reach the Euro 2020 final this summer, it would not be at all surprising if the defensive midfielder continues to develop as a player under David Moyes if he chooses to stay at London Stadium.

The latest in a long line of players who managed to establish themselves at this level after graduating from West Ham Academy, Rice excelled in the number 41 jersey.

It remains to be seen whether he sticks to that particular number for the rest of his club career or decides to swap it for a more traditional shirt.

Come in

One of the people expected to change shirts next season at West Ham is Pablo Fornals.

As confirmed by official club website, The Spaniard is expected to wear the number eight jersey for the Irons after donning the number 18 in the previous campaign.

Fornals hope to follow in the footsteps of Teddy Sheringham, Scott Parker and Trevor Sinclair who all produced some memorable moments for the club in this particular jersey.

Here in our last GIVEMESPORT quiz, we decided to test your knowledge of West Ham by asking you to match these past and present players with their respective jersey numbers.

Will you get 12 out of 12?
